Expo booth fee includes registration for two people, booth space, display table, 2 chairs, and company sign. Electricity and/or water is provided for you - but you must indicate that you need either of these above.    Registration for each additional company personnel will be $45.00.  No refunds will be made on booth cancellations (substitutions are welcomed). Hotels that are closest to the Carver County Fairgrounds -
AmericInn: 952-442-8787 (ask for the MRWA Room Block Rate) or Best Value Inn - 952-442-5147.

The Carver County Fairgrounds is secured with gates and buildings will be locked at the end of the day. MRWA will not be responsible or liable for damages to exhibit materials, equipment, or damages to Carver County Fairgrounds by exhibitor.
