*Membership in the Minnesota Rural Water Association is a prerequisite for participation.

Exhibit booth fee includes registration for one person, booth space, curtains, display table, 2 chairs, and company sign. Electricity, up to 500 watts, is provided for you. Additional electrical service can also be purchased. One display table is provided for you. Registration for each additional company personnel will be $65.00. Industry personnel on-site registration will be $90.00. A complimentary banquet ticket will be available for each registrant who wishes to attend the Wednesday Theme Party/Banquet. Any other needed exhibit materials such as additional tables, carpets, easels, etc., are available through A & N Convention Services, 320-253-4050. Exhibit hours will run 10:30am to 5:00pm, Tuesday, March 2, 2010. No refunds will be made on booth cancellations after February 12, 2009. Hotels that are closest to the Civic Center are Kelly Inn - 320-253-0606, Radisson Suites - 320-654-1661, Grandstay Suites - 320-251-5400, and Country Inn Suites - 320-252-8282.
