The Minnesota Technical Assistance Program (MnTAP) is a grant funded, confidential, environmental outreach and assistance program for businesses and organizations throughout Minnesota. The scientists and engineers at MnTAP have extensive experience supporting wastewater treatment plants. We can provide the following services to your plant:
- Training in energy efficient operations for mechanical wastewater plant operators.
- Site visits and computer modeling to optimize nutrient treatment at both pond and mechanical wastewater plants.
- Outreach to upstream businesses to offer confidential assistance with reducing loading to your plant.
