Moore Engineering, Inc., an employee-owned company, provides civil consulting, land surveying, transportation and environmental expertise and GIS services from our offices throughout Minnesota. We provide a full range of municipal engineering services from water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution; storm water management and pumping facilities; to transportation systems including pavement analysis and design, signal warrants, and highway capacity analysis, pedestrian facilities, and corridor studies. Our water resource engineering department services include retention dams, dikes, and levees as well as hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and computer modeling of watersheds. We provide a full-service land surveying department including site development, platting, legal survey, and GPS surveys.
