Board Member Guidance Manual – This manual is a summary of regulations and an overview of the water & wastewater industry for management, finance, and operations intended to give guidance to council members and decision makers for governing their water and/or wastewater system.

Minnesota Water Works Manual – This manual will give you a basic understanding of a water system and the key elements for operation & maintenance of that system. Manual is listed by downloadable chapters and appendices.

Safe Drinking Water for Your Small Water System: An Operator’s Guide – This manual is intended to provide basic information for the operators of small public water systems, primarily “Class E” nontransient and nonmunicipal public water system operators.
