System Development – we provide assistance to newly forming non-profit rural water and wastewater districts so that the economy of the state of Minnesota and the quality of life of its rural citizens may be enhanced through the development of systems which can deliver high quality water and adequate waste disposal at the lowest feasible cost. Check out our System Planning & Management Training Sessions held in the fall / winter.
